It explains all of the historical data that is trustworthy (most of the New Testament is not) and gives an entirely plausible account of how one man's "visions" could have easily and naturally resulted in the subsequent embellishments of Jesus' "resurrection" from the dead.
P.S. I wonder if Dr. Francis Collins, the current NIH director, has even read this article that is present on his organization's web servers!
