Yep as Tib said, drink water to re-hydrate. Caffeine is a diuretic, and can also have a laxative effect, so it's not really unusual after drinking too much to sit on the toilet and splat away afterward!
Now I shall tell you about a friend of mine who we will call "Al" (because that's his name). A few years back as a non-coffee drinker he decided to try to drink 100 cups of coffee over a weekend just like Fry in Futurama. He go to 60 or so cups and threw up. After something like 85 cups he had to be taken to the hospital! Thankfully though no long-term damage was incurred by his little attempt, other than his failure to make it to 100 cups.
