Over-caffeinated, your tips?

Yep as Tib said, drink water to re-hydrate. Caffeine is a diuretic, and can also have a laxative effect, so it's not really unusual after drinking too much to sit on the toilet and splat away afterward!

Now I shall tell you about a friend of mine who we will call "Al" (because that's his name). A few years back as a non-coffee drinker he decided to try to drink 100 cups of coffee over a weekend just like Fry in Futurama. He go to 60 or so cups and threw up. After something like 85 cups he had to be taken to the hospital! Thankfully though no long-term damage was incurred by his little attempt, other than his failure to make it to 100 cups.

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK

The thing to understand also is that everyone's body processes things differently, especially when caffeine is introduced to a body that has not consumed it in twenty years.

You said that you had some during the winter, and that it made you feel all jittery and high. And that it had your heart racing and stuff.
You wouldn't consider that a bad reaction?

And I only had two cups on an empty stomach to make me literally feel as though I was dying.

Daaaaaayum! Some people need more sugar in their coffee. So much bitterness. Rawr.

Dude, I wouldn't fire you. I'd hide the coffee in the break room, but I wouldn't fire you. Then again, I know that people feeling out of it tend to make mistakes, and I don't like mistakes. Better you be at home than causing errors. Wink

I work at a place that is very tolerant. It's a health food store, everyone is easy going, hippies basically.
