How do you guys deal with the fact that once you're a member of staff, you pretty much become immune to being criticised and punished for things normal users would get a shitstorm for?

I mean, I'm sure none of you think you're perfect, do you?

I'm sure I could've phrased this better, but I think there's a good point somewhere, in there.
