Huh

You know, as soon as someone sees them walking through one of the restroom doors, the wave function collapses...

Unless they quantum tunnel right Into the stalls.

Okay, that was pretty bad.

North Carolina should be the focus of a new social action group:  All Elections Matter.

Kansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin are also all examples of what happens because people simply do not vote in sufficient numbers.

North Carolina gets it up the ass again.  Picturesque depiction of what they brought on themselves!

I think that the hypocracy is amusing. I guess it's not about discrimination, but what side of the politically correct wall that you are on.

I can somewhat understand the NCAA wanting to make a political statement. But in regards to the OP, I am a little surprised about all the fuss over a basic biological fact.

Hypocracy noun. 1. The rule of the lowest.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

In other news the sky is blue, the grass is green and North Carolina run by shit heads.

Basically. Life as usual for us.

Imagine how we Charlotteans feel when we were 'the cause' of this bullshit in the first place by actually putting protections for trans people in place.

We're working on educating everyone we can here in Charlotte about how much local elections matter. It's hard to convince people that just because the Presidential election sucks they shouldn't forget their city administrators.

Which should be seen as a warning sign that you're understanding is somehow lacking.

While I don't really agree with the law as is, how did you come to that conclusion? What do you think is the issue, with a bathroom law, based on biology?

Well biologically not everyone is a clean-cut "male or female" anyway. Intersex people do exist, where should they go?

And you can't even police the issue with trans people. As I've said many times before, some people can convincingly pass as the opposite sex on hormone treatment alone even even if they've had no surgery. If you're going to send transmen to the female bathroom based on them having vaginas, you're sending in a lot of men with a male muscle structure, facial hair and all the other social markers of manhood into a womens' toilet just because they have a vagina under their clothes (which nobody can see anyway, so for all intents and purposes it's just another man with clothes on). And that blows the whole argument of "it's to make women feel more secure".
"Adulthood is like looking both ways before you cross the road, and then getting hit by an airplane"  - sarcasm_only

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable."
