Dogma is an idea with a rigid boundary line, which won’t allow you to go beyond the periphery of that boundary line. Thus dogma goes against the fundamental spirit of the human mind. The human mind won’t tolerate anything rigid. It wants movement – not only movement, but accelerated movement.............

First of all no. I don't care about wtf you believe it means. Now tell me of you know the real meaning
First of all YES. I don't care about wtf you believe it means...............
It is just funny boy.
With your judgement you just fall in the trap of dogma by believing that there is only one interpretation.
You are of the opinion that the correct meaning of dogma is the opinion probably written in an encyclopedia but that opinion if taken as the ultimate truth it become a dogma itself.
Nothing in this limited universe stay the same even for a second.
What was the known truth in the past is discarded in the rubbish bin of history today and what is the golden truth today will be discarded in the rubbish bin tomorrow.
So no.
What make sense to someone may not make sense for others.
But let us see some official opinion about dogma.
In one opinion it goes.......
a principle or set of principles laid down by an authority as incontrovertibly true..........
This is clearly wrong because a dogma can be propound by anyone not just by an authority.
Let us see one more opinion.
It goes...........
Dogma is a belief or set of beliefs that is accepted by the members of a group without being questioned or doubted.........
Here we have one more defective interpretation.
Dogma is more than a belief.
It is rather a so called truth that according to the propounder-S should not be question by anyone not just by the members of a group.
One more interpretation...........
that which one thinks is true......
Even this interpretation is not good enough because it miss the fact that the propounder of this opinion
does not require that other people should take his opinion as golden truth.
One last opinion.
.......
a specific tenet or doctrine authoritatively laid down by a church.....
Even this opinion is defective because dogmas are not only religious but they can relate to anything
like politic, economy, morality and so on so as you can see there is not such a thing such as the only and correct interpretation around.
Only Sarkar opinion about the meaning of dogma make 100% sense.
All the rest miss something here and there.
