Why can't Christians Verify Exactly Where Jesus Was Buried?

That's why the whole Joseph of Aramathea character had to be invented, too.  An excuse was needed to get "jesus'" sorry ass down off the cross.  The Romans left the corpse up there until it rotted off and then had it thrown in a garbage dump.  So instead of that we get a supposed "jewish noble" a member of the Sanhedrin with a Greco-Roman style name who magically shows up and begs Pilate for the body.  Pilate, being a fucking wimp for the purposes of the gospels, agrees.  It's the kind of silliness which can only fool believers who are desperate to believe.

Pilate was such a sweet guy, allowed the local subjugated inferiors to free an insurrectionary of their choice (doing the exact opposite of his job, undermining both himself and Rome) and even threw in the fresh carcass as a bonus.

Yup, the complete opposite of the picture of him painted by Philo and Josephus.

I love how he washed his hands clean like a wimp.  Doesn't seem much like an allegory does it?  Or Jesus Barrabas (Son of The Father) murderer and terrorist getting a free pass into the wild because of a non-existent Jewish tradition, while innocent Jesus "Son of The Father" being cast as the scapegoat gets crucified between two thieves.  Doesn't sound allegorical at all does it? Then we have the miracles of the earthquakes breaking rocks, the sun darkening for 3 hours and the zombie march through Jerusalem seen by many. 

The alleged crucifixion of Jesus is the sort of evidence that Erhmann and Aractus love to think is certain, because it is the majority consensus of scholars with the "right" accreditation and the majority of these scholars have Christian biases where their jobs, career paths and perceived salvation depends on Jesus being historical. Can anyone see anything wrong with that?
