Infatuation is not my thing, turtl. I just don't really that.

Romance is feeling the same way about someone when you're not horny as when you are.

By that definition I feel romance toward a lot of people.

Me too.

But the way I see it is... I can only be romantically 'in love' with one person in the sense that a person I am in love with is on my mind more than anyone else when it comes to thinking happy daydreamy thoughts about them, or hoping that they're okay and wishing them well and stuff like that.

The bolded part would be the payoff. The 'reward' for romance would be intrinsic: the romance itself.

Some people, such as myself, enjoy holding hands and deep personal conversations (especially the deep personal conversations in my case)... you're describing it from a purely aromantic perspective and as a highly romantic and sentimental person, I can't personally relate.

Fair enough if you're saying "What would be the point?" meaning what would be the point for you... but for some folks such as myself-- the romance is its own reward.

I have love for many people in my heart. But for me, romance is ultimately about two people sharing a life together. It's the 'in' in "in love".

Masturbating more when they're not around definitely helps with that Big Grin

I'd say my love drive is even stronger than my horn drive, but perhaps not when I've got a raging turtleboner. I live, I learn.
