Yeah, I forgot to add beer on my list.
I won't drink the cheap horse piss most Americans seem to prefer, so I don't get it very often, but I have one or two per weekend, and a little red wine now and then as well.

Yeah, my hubby was skinny AF his whole life despite eating junk. Around age 35 or so, that ended. By 40, salads made him gain weight because he'd effed up his metabolism with years of junk.

I am over 40 now, and although I am still fairly slender, I can no longer eat whatever I want with impunity. Every donut has a high price.

Eat right your whole life, you'll tank yourself later.
