I'm only crazy for you!
Coherency comes and goes but I'm always fiddling with the knobs and listening for feedback.

After about a week, what can you tell us?
I can say that my dream recall in the morning has improved a lot, giving me some entertainment early in the day. I haven't had a fully lucid dream yet, but I'll post again if I do. To be honest, I've been drinking too much and sleeping too little. Being exhausted and/or hung over seems to make it hard to control the mind-- go figure.

That's gotta be nice. I've had some dreams where the only thing I can remember about the dream is that I wanted to remember how damned awesome it was. So frustrating.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Try this: Get to sleep by 10pm and set an alarm for 2am. Get up for at most an hour and just go walk around out side and stretch in the night air then go back to sleep.
Every time I have done this I have very vivid dreams.

If you can remember to not move or open your eyes when you first awake and just pause in reflection, it's easier to turn dream recall into long term memory.

Sounds like folk magic to me. How many times do I have to walk around the circle, and is that clockwise or counter?
