Oh, I should have been more specific.  I meant IRL.  Online is completely different for me because it's not in real time so to speak.  We have the luxury of contributing only when we absolutely have the desire to step in and do so.  It's not like, say, when you run into an aquaintance at the grocery store and you're like, "fuck, now I have to waste 10 minutes of meaningless yapping with this person about the weather and shit, because it's the polite thing to do."
