Do sperm have souls?

The sperm is only what constitutes half an individual. The egg is the other half. If the sperm and the egg individually have souls, then it makes no logical sense that two souls meet to become one individual soul.
Once again, science shows that religion knew absolutely nothing in relation to anything when it came up with the crap it did.

I would say the moment of sentience for any living thing would be when it gains it's "soul" whatever that might mean, but ultimately when it has self awareness.
My answer for sperm would be no, it's just a precursor to life.
If the hypothetical idea of an afterlife means more to you than the objectively true reality we all share, then you deserve no respect.
