New Clinton email controversy
RE: New Clinton email controversy
CNN and their journalistic integrity

Quote:WikiLeaks: DNC and CNN colluded on questions for Trump, Cruz
Washington Examiner

Newly released emails from WikiLeaks suggest that the Democratic National Committee colluded with CNN in devising questions in April to be asked of then-Republican primary candidate Donald Trump in an upcoming interview.

In an email to DNC colleagues on April 25 with the headline "Trump Questions for CNN," a DNC official with the email username [email protected] asked for ideas for an interview to be conducted by CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer.

"Wolf Blitzer is interviewing Trump on Tues ahead of his foreign policy address on Wed. ... Please send me thoughts by 10:30 AM tomorrow."

The sender of the email would seem to be DNC Research Director Lauren Dillon, who was identified in previous reports of DNC emails released by WikiLeaks in July.

What he has done is torpedo the F.B.I.  At the end of the day they are like any other cop:  They think they are above the law.

Is the elephant in the room the obvious answer to the question Hillary will never answer:

why'd you do all that ?

I thought I could get away with it.

A challenge is disassociating some things Trump is saying from any possibility he is the right guy to do them.

There are aspects of the business as usual mindset so evident in the majority of Washington politicians that could be (and might only be) achievable by

DRAINING THE FUCKING SWAMP.

Any reformer there is going to be ass-deep in alligators before he has the first two buckets of muck flung aside.

And that's why the presidency is not job #1 for serious reform-minded voters (though obviously SC nominees willing to take another look at the Citizens United ruling wouldn't hurt). No President, regardless of his/her passion, good intentions, and skillful use of the bully pulpit, will move that ball an inch without a majority in Congress willing to do the heavy lifting necessary to drain the swamp. Given the degree to which each party sucks at the corporate and banking teats, I'm not hopeful. Real reform has to start with Congress. Otherwise, it will never happen short of a complete rewrite of the Constitution or an actual revolution.

On Nate Silver, Clinton is continually rebounding from the hit she took due to the email scandal #2. This is going to be a long monday for Trump if the trend continues like that - his %chance dropped from 35 back to 30 just during the last day

I'd love to be a fly on the wall watching his meltdown.

The voters could do that but they steadfastly refuse to do so.  Putting another shithead who knows nothing about how anything works on top of the pile merely makes a larger pile of shit.
