Look at the state of that.
I heard people were kicking off about this, but hadn't actually seen it for myself.

Well, personally I want to live in a world where I can see a future beyond 2050. With the republicans entrenched in all three branches of governments, I no longer have the small glimmer of hope that this is the case.
We are fucked as a species if they even do a third of what they want to do vis a vis the environment. And yes I know we weren't doing near enough until now, but with a US government that doesn't even want to pretend to care, the world will regress on the most important issue faced by humanity. It's gone dude. It's just gone. I think this is the last straw, the mortal wound. I don't know, maybe it's for the best (for the planet, not for us).
Like in the Matrix? We are clearly a disease.

Trump offered them literally nothing, an empty plate at best, and taking more away from them at worst, and they opted for that because of the social divide.
Vague offers of bringing jobs back, kicking out those damned illegals stealing their jobs, and more sever trickle down economics. They want to blame everyone, the illegals, the government, the liberal elite, so they voted out of blind anger. Well, we'll see how their wasteland looks in 4 years. Pretty sure it will have expanded to include even more of us.
This was a campaign of fear, and it worked wonders.
She didn't -tout- to them at all Aroura.....it wasn;t even a secret. She put her efforts on the big states and big cities and sent surrogates out to the rural areas to deliver a message they -already- didn't believe in. She didn't even -visit- wisconsin, as in the state, after the primary. Not once. That was actually a little bit of a record. It had been awhile since they'd been so completely ignored.
Yes, yes, ffs yes. It was a campaign of hate and fear, and that didn't hurt Trumps chances at all, but the people whom he appealed to had a legitimate complaint and they gave a giant f-u to both parties on account of it. Trumps not a conservative, they didn't go conservative. They had plenty of dog whistle blowing conservatives to choose from....the government -has- fucked the common man and the liberal elite -has not- done anything to stop it...they;ve been complacent and complicit....and then...they thought they might win this one without even talking to the people they needed to win over.
There is a very short window here, before a narrative about it being the other guys fault (amusing..considering that you're giving the trumpsters shit for this very thing) that this terrible thing happened calcifies and you become doomed to repeat it next cycle. You're completely dismisssing them again, right after dismissing them cost Hillary the presidency she worked so hard for.
I accept that the fault is is all of ours. So don't put that shit on me.
TRUMP NEVER VISITED WISCONSON EITHER.

When I said "I will not stand behind someone who doesn't stand for my principles", it was in response to the OP saying we need to stand behind Trump bc he's the new president. I think homeless nutter assumed for whatever reason that I was saying that about Hillary and that's why I responded back saying I was referring to Trump.
I have no idea why my comment has garnered so much confusion. I knew what you meant CL. Emotions are just running high.
Thanks love. I'm sorry your candidate didn't win. I know how much you were rooting for her.

That is correct, it is the claim, not the evidence; but it presents a dilemma: is he a perpetrator of sexual assault or someone who brags about sexual assaults he's never committed? The latter is preferable, but still not desirable for the leader of the free world.
Yep. He's not a man of integrity regardless.

It's obvious you weren't around when this was a real issue. As I said, one of the oldest marketing tricks in the books. At some point some 30 years ago, suddenly the same packages contained less product. That ranged from Dishwashing powder to chocolate or cereals. People didn't notice at first, since the manufacturers made it so that the bottom of the package was quite a bit thicker than it used to be and it took some very observant persons to take note.

TRUMP NEVER VISITED WISCONSON EITHER. It's not all of our fault. It's certainly not -your- fault that trump won or that rural america was turned into a wasteland where trump could win. It -is- the fault of a party and candidate whose reality is and has always been separate from it's voters appraisals of it.
Trump was in Wisconsin a half dozen times.........and he even cancelled a couple planned visits......was no one else watching how this election was stolen, lol?

They have been changing the sizes of various products in my lifetime as well you know. I am fully aware of what they are doing. See all those Toblerone posts of mine you see on the forum? It's me taking the piss.

A. Reevaluate your personal conduct and strategy of convincing people to share your politics?
Or
B. Call them racists, misogynists, homophobes, and bigots and yell at them even more?
Looks like it's going to be B.
You forgot xenophobic. Don't forget about it.
