What I am wondering now is what will happen with Trump's tax evasion and why he hasn't been inspected yet. Are we going to have to wait for the presidency to come to an end before anything is done about it?

Those 'inspections' are called audits. He literally get audited every year.

What trump did is legal. that is why he is not in trouble and why he has not paid personal tax in all that time. He does however pay tens of millions in corporate tax every year.

That is what makes him 'smart.' He takes advantage of the tax code and the built in relief the code allows. Clinton does the same, we all do the same unless we are trying to buy a house.

This was a campaign of fear, and it worked wonders.

This was a textbook campaign used by all demagogues throughout history. It appealed to the same segment of the population, the disenfranchised. And as with every other demagogue beforehand, all the promises will be broken.

actually trump was the only canidate providing facts.(how many jobs were lost, how many factories shut down how many trillions people/companies were hiding overseas banks, the number of bad trade deals how much it was costing the US, all of which are facts and can be verfied...

Clinton was the canidate appealing to emotion in that trump's ablity to run a country had anything to do with his taxes, locker room talk, having mexico build a wall, manking fun of retards ect.. If you were to look up the defination of a demagogue it is a leader who appeals to fear rather than fact.
Everything her adds point to was the projected decline of the 'morality' of this nation of trump was elected.. Based on how she perceives the type of person he is to be as president.. None of which can be determined by what she was advertising.

She didn't -tout- to them at all Aroura.....it wasn;t even a secret.  She put her efforts on the big states and big cities and sent surrogates out to the rural areas to deliver a message they -already- didn't believe in.  She didn't even -visit- wisconsin, as in the state, after the primary.  Not once.  That was actually a little bit of a record.  It had been awhile since they'd been so completely ignored.

Yes, yes, ffs yes.  It was a campaign of hate and fear, and that didn't hurt Trumps chances at all, but the people whom he appealed to had a legitimate complaint and they gave a giant f-u to both parties on account of it.  Trumps not a conservative, they didn't go conservative.  They had plenty of dog whistle blowing conservatives to choose from....the government -has- fucked the common man and the liberal elite -has not- done anything to stop it...they;ve been complacent and complicit....and then...they thought they might win this one without even talking to the people they needed to win over.

There is a very short window here, before a narrative about it being the other guys fault (amusing..considering that you're giving the trumpsters shit for this very thing) that this terrible thing happened calcifies and you become doomed to repeat it next cycle.  You're completely dismisssing them again, right after dismissing them cost Hillary the presidency she worked so hard for.

Yeah, that's not going to happen under Trump. He'll just hasten the decline.

Exactly, because we were economically strong before Trickle down Reganomics, and have been suffering to some degree ever since.  Trump will just strengthen that failed economic policy, and so destroy the middle class further, and basically throw the poor to the wolves.

Looking up his actual visits, I find none after his official nomination, he only visited during the primaries. So....try again?

Donald Trump, lifelong Democrat....until he wanted to be president and changed his coat and all of his so called positions.  And none of them cared that he was faking it.  Not a one.

So, we need to turn the Senate blue at the midterms, to keep Trump from appointing another far right judge after he replaces Scalia. The country should be ready for it then, and we need to start preparing to make it a reality now. The silver lining of defeat is the opportunity to take stock and do a better job next time.
