President Crook

RE: President Crook
Who new that the movie, Man of the Year would become a reality -- without any of the charm and grace that made Robin Williams character acceptable, no matter how silly.

Sad

He wore the hat "Make America Great Again" when his wardrobe is not even made in America.

There's even speculation that his "Make America Great Again" hats weren't completely made in the U.S.A.: http://bigstory.ap.org/article/c92bcc5a8...-made-tags

Quote:Potential Conflicts Around the Globe for Trump, the Businessman President

Quote: Mr. Trump’s companies have business operations in at least 20 countries, with a particular focus on the developing world, including outposts in nations like India, Indonesia and Uruguay, according to a New York Times analysis of his presidential campaign financial disclosures. What’s more, the true extent of Mr. Trump’s global financial entanglements is unclear, since he has refused to release his tax returns and has not made public a list of his lenders.

In an interview with The Times on Tuesday, Mr. Trump boasted again about the global reach of his business — and his family’s ability to keep it running after he takes office.

After I heard Grump whining about the NY Times a few weeks ago, I paid for a subscription to their website. Thanks, Grump.

They are holding his feet to the fire about what will certainly be violations of the US Constitution as soon as he takes that oath of office. They need to hound him out of the White House and back to stay in his Trump Tower apartment.

The same NY Times that uncritically pumped the Iraq war? The same NY Times that ran Clinton hit pieces well in anticipation of her "inevitable" win to "hold her feet to the fire"?

Heheh.

Yes, the same NY Times. I read everything from Fox News to NPR. Any other questions?

I hate to agree with Stein but she has a point.  What IS President Shitforbrains trying to hide?

I wonder if he got a text from his pal Putin telling him that he has a problem there?

I mean, it's not like Michigan's electoral votes will give the win to Hillary. If I were him I'd stop it too... anything calling the legitimacy of my election into question is a negative thing. (Even though he did that to himself with his "millions voted illegally" tweet, but... never said he was a brainiac)

I think he'll find out exactly how little/much he needs to do to cover himself legally. And once he finds out what those steps are, he'll try to find ways around them. And if he gets caught, what happens next depends on how well/poorly the country is doing. Because if we enter a recession and it gets out that he's been enriching his 'former' businesses while the country hits an economic downturn he won't have the support to just blow it off. He will try to blow it off, though, because I don't think he can help himself. It's one thing to play the aloof, conceited pussy-grabber when you're running against Ted Cruz and Hillary Clinton. It's another when people finally realize that by "drain the swamp" you were referring to stealing your way onto the Forbes top-ten while unemployment skyrockets.

But if the economy is booming? He'll just line up his detractors against a wall on 5th Avenue and shoot them, I suppose.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

The irony in that statement is strong!
