Nothing as of yet. I'm still on a light diet at the moment while my guts settle down. I will be talking to my specialist nurse very soon about how and when to expand my diet. It should be OK but we don't want to rush it. I'll keep you posted!

I'm afraid I can't share pictures as I've sold an exclusive to the Daily Mail. But all is well.

I'm having a good day! I managed to shower on my own, and things are all settling down nicely. I'll just be resting for a while now, but I'm used to spending most of my day in bed anyway.

I had half a soya sausage yesterday (not a euphemism) and that went down a treat! So it seems I'll be getting back into my regular diet soon. I'll try and phone my guys today, to get the skinny on eventually eating outrageous stuff like apples.

I have a bit of a lumpy swelling near one of the op sites, but I checked with the hospital and they think it's probably fine as I haven't had any accompanying symptoms. It will probably settle down soon.
