I'd have to go with sex. i'd miss the affection but the endless blow jobs would take my mind off it.

Sex. Can't give up the bonin'.

I suppose the question should specify non affectionate sex. Though apart from rape, I'm still not sure how that would be possible unless there was a sheet with a hole on it between me and my spouse.

Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I'll clarify here that this isn't meant to reflect any sort of likely real scenario. It's just a thought experiment.
If you take the affection, you can still "see to yourself", let's say And I'm not saying the sex has to be cold and meaningless necessarily, just that your contact is limited to those times where you're having sex, and is more sexually focused. This is my take on the question anyway; feel free to answer under your own caveat. Feel free to send me a private message.

It's just a thought experiment. That makes the question a thousand times easier. I'll definitely be keeping the sex. I was imagining no intentional sexual release while hugging and kissing a girl forever vs sex with an ugly girl you hate forever. A bit like asking do you want the world to be like 1984 or lord of the flies. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason. In hat scenario, I'd take affection. Easily. I have no desire to have loveless sex with someone I don't care for.

I still take the affection personally. I love sex of course, but I value constant affection even more. I am an incredibly cuddly person

Affection but sex is a nice bonus
