His behavior is odd, even outrageous, and that is clear and obvious to anyone.  
It is also clear that it is a close match to the description of narcissistic personality disorder or malignant narcissism.
To deny that is to deny reality.

The vast vast vast vast majority of people have no qualifications to diagnose such a thing at all.

Only if the vast vast majority of people can't read or think.

Just listen to what the man says and observe what he does, then compare that to the descriptions of those disorders.
I am certainly qualified to do that.  And so would you be if your head weren't so far up your ass.
