I think the default ordering of the member list is by post count... so I think that's probably the closest thing to a list of (most) active members. Probably not quite what you're looking for, but I'm not sure how you'd search for that. We need the "Salad spinner" award: Member most likely to be a program. This would probably be pretty close between a couple of people I can think of. Telltale signs include the inability to talk about anything outside a very narrow, insulated subject; employing inflexible binary logic; and brushing aside all objections with meaningless jargon.
Actually, this would conflict too much with one of the other awards
