It's a hate crime and disgusting on several levels.

I'm shocked that the press and police aren't being more candid about this in calling it a hate crime. They literally said "F@#k white people!" as they tormented this poor disabled guy. All I have to ask these people is this: if the races were reversed, is it a hate crime? They would undoubtedly say yes, so why the double standard!? Equality means equality, once you make exceptions it isn't equality anymore.

It's facts.
I think even the most right wing person on this forum wouldn't be of the opinion that a black person definitely has any specific negetive traits or would just a black person to be anything other than a black person and anything else about that person is questionable, they might be a sinner they might be a saint, who knows.

Left wing people on this forum are in the majority and believe that because of what your race is you're privileged. There's no waiting to find out about that persons character or circumstances. It's judgement by race.

You get people ashamed of the white race on this forum, again a judgement based on race.

More extreme examples are the people on this forum who seem excited about the states that voted for Donald trump suffering from natural disasters.

Never seen any right wing person on this forum celebrate about a natural disaster inflicted on people of colour or innocent Muslims or minority groups.

I might have missed some posts somewhere along the line but this is what I've seen.
