Nothing on CNN is claiming a second shooter yet.

FNC had a cell phone call from someone supposedly in the baggage area (or adjacent parking ramp) who advised he heard shots and was ordered by police to get down, sshut up and stay down.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

The Sheriff is now saying that the shooter might be a "homegrown extremist" and may have followed ISIS online.
