Welcome blood_pardon and thanks for the testimony. You need some thick skin to stay around here these guys just love to brow beat christians. They are rather harmless though and most seem fairly normal.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

.אלהים (proper noun only) is usually translated as 'Elohim'. IE a God

I would have thought that was blasphemy for a believer.
