"Better" depends on what your values are. My values align more with Michelle's, so I would consider her to be "better".

Melania certainly has the potential to be at least as "good" as some other first ladies in the past, why not. MO though was an upwards fluctuation in IQ and style that is difficult (and not really necessary) to match.
