Saying something over and over (contrary to popular quotes) does not make it so.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

But than why wonder or should we know that moment. I think your next post is "does somebody have to come back from the dead to tell you what its like", i think that's an appeal to ignorance.

In that, at least, it works well.

I can't help but try and explain this to you again. CRod, there is nothing to suggest to us that our ability to "experience" things isn't a function of our biological systems. When you die, they cease to function. That makes the idea of "experiencing death" a strange one doesn't it? What we can reliably refer to as the experience of death, is the dying process, which has been well documented, and if you need support in this area I have a link for you.

There you go, let wonder lead you to knowledge.

Yeah I'm sticking around for the nobel prize winning discovery that they're going to drop on us at any moment.

Actually I think I got that out of the way at the beginning. "go fuck yourself, now prove it" has been my mantra from the start.
