I heard that spokesperson from PETA talking to Red this morning on the ABC.
Haven't hunted wabbies in years but when we did, we et em. Most of the recipes were crock pot or pressure cook.
One of my fav local restaurants served farm raised. Sadly they went out of business. The net tells me there are other joints with Trix that I'll have to try.

I love hasenpfeffer! I pretty much only eat it when I go out for German food, though. So tender and tasty. I think I'll have to find a place local or semi-local to get some. It's been a LONG while.
