Speaking of which, the CBO just shoved up two foot wide cactus dildo up the WLB's asshole.

http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/13/politics/c...index.html

Quote:CBO report: 14 million fewer insured by 2018 under GOP health care bill

Quote:Fourteen million more Americans would be uninsured under the House Republican health care bill than under Obamacare in 2018, rising to 24 million by 2026, the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office said Monday.

And that assumes that the insurance companies won't pull out in droves.

Agh, I was just going to post that. Apparently it will raise premiums, too.

14 million more uninsured by 2018, and premiums up.

By 2026, 24 million more uninsure, and individual premiums down 10% from current rates. That's only for Individuals, not family or group rates.

A 10% decrease in a decade in exchange for millions uninsured. Not to mention how much of their deficit savings is coming from cutting Medicaid, while giving the wealthy extra tax breaks.

So if you are old, disabled, or poor, get ready to kiss your Medicaid goodbye, while the CEOs of health insurance companies get extra money.
Yay!

This is nothing short of intentional genocide of the "unwanted". Including babies they may force to be born poor. No insurance for you little poor baby! Instead you get to be hungry, uneducated, and die young with much suffering.

Everyone needs to call this Trumpcare. Pin his fucking name to this steaming pile of shit, this can be his legacy.

Ps, pro life my friggin ass.

I do have to agree with the WLB on one thing.  Health Care is far more complicated than he thought.  Of course, that's true of a lot of things.

Here is the CBO Report.

https://www.cbo.gov/publication/52486

I know history is not the republicunts' long suit (apparently along with math) but I do wonder why all this "competition" they think they are going to foster did not prevent the problems which led to the Affordable Care Act in the first place.  Below is an article from the Fall of 2008 detailing what all the unbridled "competition" that these morons think is so wonderful had done to us.  In short, fucktards, we've been there and done that.

The bill does bring down overall premiums in the individual market by about 10 percent by 2026 compared with what they would be under current law, the CBO found. But the CBO includes a big caveat: This would greatly differ based on age and income.

The CBO offers an example of a single individual with an annual income of $26,500.

If that person is 21 years old, he’ll largely benefit from the Republican health care bill. Under the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare), he would on average pay $1,700 in premiums for insurance. Under the Republican plan, he would pay $1,450.

But if that person is 64 years old, he would be hurt by the Republican bill. Under Obamacare, he would also pay $1,700 in premiums for insurance. But under the Republican bill, he would pay $14,600 — more than half his annual income. That amounts to more than a 750 percent increase in premiums from Obamacare to the Republican bill.

Here is a link to the stats http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2...emiums-age
Essentially, it makes healthcare more affordable for young, middle class and wealthy people. It makes it unatainable for for the poor and particularly low income elderly.

Under the ACA, a 21 year old making 70k per year would pay @5k, with Trumpfailcare, it'll be @1500 but. But 21 year old making 70k should be willing and able to pay 5k per year for their healthcare.
Because, on the flipside, a 64 year old making 25k per year only pays 1.7k anually with the ACA, but the new plan would have them paying over half their annual income to get insurance. They simply wont be able to afford it at all. There is no giving up luxeries to buy it, that's a false narrative.

This is unacceptably bad. As a 40 something who's husband will be making close to 70k, let me just say id rather pay 5k than 1500, if that 3500 a year of ours allows older poor people access to healthcare, it seems a fair trade.

Otherwise, we are essentially murdering these people to grant those who don't really need it a few thousand dollars a year.

That Paul Ryan comment about not buying that new iphone seems a bit ironic now. Tell you what, here's my middle class new iphone and laptop per year. I donate these 2 things so approximately 7 other human beings can live. Who is so greedy they will not make this same trade?

Clearly, they didn't work on it for 8 years, it more has the stench of being ejected from Paul Ryan's sphincter after a run-in with some bad shellfish.

One can only hope he was teabagging Sean Spicer at the time.

P.S. Sorry, all out of brain bleach.

It seems that the CBO was optimistic. You can bet the WLB will be upset that this leaked out.

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/03/ob...use-236019

Quote: White House analysis of Obamacare repeal sees even deeper insurance losses than CBO

The executive branch analysis forecast that 26 million people would lose coverage over the next decade, versus the 24 million CBO estimates.
