When is Scotland bailing out?

It is a bit complicated at the moment. The SNP are seeking to hold a referendum at some point within the next two years but Theresa May has basically ruled it out and told them to wait til Brexit is over and she might consider it then. Now, that obviously (and rightly so) annoyed them. So apparently they aren't ruling out an unofficial referendum in defiance of the PM's decision.

Only time will tell.

BREXIT is one side of the card, a competing organization to the EU, siphoning off other disgruntled members with complaints similar to their own would seem to be a no-brainer follow up, yet there doesn't seem to any thought of going there.

Scotland voted in favour of staying in the EU by 62% to 38%, literally every area won a majority. You could make the argument that the UK voted together as a whole, because they did, but that doesn't mean the concerns of those in Scotland should be ignored.

Edinburgh's results stand out like a sore thumb and do skew the overall stats when the rest of Scotland was much more evenly split like Moray.
Sturgeon is misrepresenting the actual vote for her own puropses but that's par for the course with politicians.
