It is a bit complicated at the moment. The SNP are seeking to hold a referendum at some point within the next two years but Theresa May has basically ruled it out and told them to wait til Brexit is over and she might consider it then. Now, that obviously (and rightly so) annoyed them. So apparently they aren't ruling out an unofficial referendum in defiance of the PM's decision.
Only time will tell.

BREXIT is one side of the card, a competing organization to the EU, siphoning off other disgruntled members with complaints similar to their own would seem to be a no-brainer follow up, yet there doesn't seem to any thought of going there.
Who wants to follow the Brits down the shitter?

Now, now - let's not start making assumptions like that. We don't know what will happen until the negotiations are complete, and may I remind you that Article 50 hasn't even been triggered yet.

The EU is going down the shitter, that isn't even a debate.
The question is what do individual members do about it. The UK is less emotionally invested than the continentals so the decision to abandon the EU may have been easier for us but the question is in front of them all at this point.

Are you including Scotland as part of the UK? A lot of people up here seem fairly "emotionally invested" in the European Union.

Looking at the stats London and Edinburgh had significant remain votes. Elsewhere whilst regions returned a 'remain' result the majorities were insignificant indicating that the people were split evenly in line with the rest of the country.
Whilst the result has significant consequences the difference between those who voted leave and those who voted remain is not as intractable as has been portrayed by the media, and the result was very much in the balance.
It's blatantly absurd to portray half the population as half-wit nazis.

Scotland voted in favour of staying in the EU by 62% to 38%, literally every area won a majority. You could make the argument that the UK voted together as a whole, because they did, but that doesn't mean the concerns of those in Scotland should be ignored.

Of course it is.

Edinburgh's results stand out like a sore thumb and do skew the overall stats when the rest of Scotland was much more evenly split like Moray.
Sturgeon is misrepresenting the actual vote for her own puropses but that's par for the course with politicians.
