I'd say you have bigger fish to fry right now than weight loss.  Hang in there!

I think I'm trying to settle into the way I'll be eating for the rest of my life. When I find myself thinking about some naughty yummy thing to eat I usually just think that was then, this is now and move on. I allow exceptions but I won't allow thoughts of yummies to dominate my thoughts without thinking of other things I enjoy which don't involve eating.

Yeah, I'm trying to replace boredom eating with other, more pleasant things. I'm trying to stifle cravings with the "tiny snack." It's getting more comfortable every day.

Given how powerful force of habit can be it sure is a good thing that it is possible to reset them .. though not easy.

My second fasting day today, fruit and yoghurt again for breakfast, salad lunch then tinned soup tonight. Been cutting down on the snacks on my non fasting days too.

Boy, my weight has dropped a tad bit, but my triglycerides are sky-high according to my labwork from Monday (?). I am so afraid of food, these days, but yet I love it, too (sounds like some peoples' interpersonal relationships).

Oh, and I've been pretty good. I made a delicious tuna avocado salad last night that was so good I wound up eating all of it, which put me a few calories over budget. Not a big deal. It was fucking worth it. A banana and oatmeal for breakfast today.

By the sounds of it little lunch's is way worse than mine. I thought the anti biotics were going to knock me out a lot worse than they did.

I'm having a break from the gym today though just due to the fact I have two, twelve hour shifts in a row and I've already been to the gym three days in a row anyway.

Is this a bad time to mention that I just had a pub dinner?
Double burger, with bacon and a bunch of other stuff, with British fries.

That was to compensate me forgetting to turn on RunKeeper this morning. Tongue
Anyway, in the afternoon trip, I tried a little thing - leaning on the leg going down helps a bit - minimum gear: 6
And 8th gear used where appropriate Smile
