Onion gravy! I'll have to figure out how to catch some drippings. I sure as shit ain't eating store bought gravy unless someone here has a good recommendation. I'm making dinner Sunday; my wife has a wicked cold with bronchitis and sinusitus; taking antibiotics for it. I'll be roasting fingerling potatoes and sweet potatoes along with that leg of lamb. Probably roast some Brussels sprouts, too. Got a bottle of Bull's Blood of Eger (my wife is of Hungarian extraction) to go with it. Not sure how dry that is. I have a bottle of Merlot that might get pressed into service; it's been on the counter for a few weeks, and should get gone before it spoils.
