Ledell Lee's execution got underway at 11:45pm local, after being delayed from 7pm due to a flurry of appeals. Lee was pronounced dead at 11:56pm by lethal injection at Cummins Unit in Arkansas.

It's not banned strictly speaking but i can see how it can but
