Dogs are not sons of Adam, do not share in original sin, have no knowledge of good and evil and therefore salvation/damnation are meaningless to them.
It is also VILE BLASPEHEMY to imply or assert dogs have souls.
Anyone making such a claim should be burned at a stake IMMEDIATELY, lest others be corrupted by their ERROR.

What a load of crap. I would agree the further back in time the more people thought this. But you must really hate that liberal animal lovers whom are Christians would disagree and that dogs and cats do have a "soul".
Nothing has a "soul". Native Americans long before Europeans invaded the Americas had the idea of Animal spirits.
The idea of "souls" and or "spirits" and afterlife predates your religion, and even predates any written religion.
There is no afterlife for humans, or animals or plants or fish or insects or bacteria.
There is just life and end of life, and life that survives the life that does not survive.
I am sorry someone sold you such a frightening damnation story using threats and bribes. But it should not scare you one bit that your life is as finite as your dog or cat. You can do good and be good while accepting the ride ends for even you.

I didn't lie; Moreland, plainly, in response to Kuhn's question says that he believes that amoeba have souls, and therefore, he must believe that sperm have souls, also. After all, a sperm is "between" a dog and a one-celled amoeba. I make no claims whatsoever about Moreland's thought process and the many logical inconsistencies that accompany it.
