For any math aficionados who like the Pythagorean theorem, here's another shirt which may be of interest.

Yup. Because all of that hurt my damn head.

You DO realize that that headache is due to a large supply of blood rushing to your head to feed the new math neurons that are developing, right?

Or it's the impending thrombosis that's threatening to cause a stroke if she attempts any more of this number stuff.

Just sayin'.

It's possible.

I would say 6 is only 2 more than four, so you'd need an additional 1/4 cup, so 3/4 cup total for the 6 portions.

No algebra involved there. Just fractions.

Lol. Still algebra, even if you didn't want it to be. Wink

Yeah - my kid managed to point that out to me Tongue

She said that the "cup" portions, is basically a substitution for a letter since I had to solve for that.

Still.... I saw that as a math problem in word form, not in algebra form. I'm a visual learner. It's easier for me if there's an actual visual reference to use not just a letter representing the unknown.

I practiced that just now while mumbling the numbers so I don't forget the sequence whilst walking down the street.
One person started throwing his loose coins at me.
Another person called an ambulance
Another call the police

Except the young dude with headphones on and a Motorhead tshirt ...he was copying me ...

That's all algebra is. Math problems in word form, if you like.
