Why wouldn't I just wear them all day long? I even drive a stickshift in them. I have another pair in black and cream as well.

I have two straight male friends who are obsessed with shoes. Not shoes on women, or women's shoes - guy shoes. For themselves. It's not a gender things. Shoes separate us from the animals.

I confess I love extreme shoes and as art pieces. Discovered them when I saw a show that included shoes by Gaza Bowen. There was one pair of high heels that incorporated steak knives as heels, other shoes made of kitchen scrubbers and a pair of mens loafers incorporating finely origami'd dollar bills as fabric. Google any of that stuff and you'll see amazing things.

But for actually wearing I go for comfort and functionality. Doesn't mean I don't appreciate the way high heels show off a woman's body.
