The manager was notified that i was switching days. Coming in Tuesday because i was unable to come in on Wednesday. Usually i work Wednesday and am off Tuesday. The manager said she would inform the supervisor. So when i got there Tuesday the supervisor was like "what are you doing here?" And then i explained to her everything. So then she was like "well how come the manager didn't notify me off this?" And i was like, "how am i suppose to know?" Then a bit of an argument followed and she told me to prove for the day and leave. So i did. Turns out the manager completely forgot to notify the supervisor but all the supervisor had to do was call and verify, instead of being overly dramatic about it. Its a small thing that was made into a huge deal.

You must be really good. I can never beat a chihuahua. 

Though in this case it really wasn't much of a contest if there is only one player. And i'm not playing. But having worked with this person for years i can ensure there was a lot of talk behind my back in my absents. All the while i was hanging out with the tourist enjoying a more happy, positive environment.

I'm sorry to hear about this. I have also been on the receiving end of negative behavior and outbursts on the part of supervisors/managers. With that said, as part of the management team in my organization, it is my goal to exemplify the idea that effective leaders are those individuals who care about their people and who treat them with civility and are open to feedback and opportunities for improvement (personal, organizational, etc.).

It's really a dichroic beam splitter bouncing visible light to those three lenses you see poking in the middle, while letting IR pass through. Under that dichroic, there's another that bounces near-IR up to the lens on the right side.... and carries over the far-IR to another camera below.

EB, you seen those groovy hitech camera things you wear around your neck like some homeboy necklace? Saw one at the hifi store, thought of you...
It takes hi res pics or movies either continuously or hi res pics on delay. eg: every 5, 10, 30, seconds permanently.

That way you just go home and pic and choose what you want to keep... cool
