You know the img tag lets you resize it on the fly, right?
Just make sure you put in a decent size, since pictures are usually on a 4:3 format, for portrait, you'd use

And, for landscape mode

I need a mental adjustment. I keep reading "autistic". 

That turned out way better than my wife's attempt to change a photo.
