I plan on working off one I already have on my forearm. It is a very slightly yellow rose with "2004" above it and "Wish You Were Here" below it. I plan on adding four more years to it. It's a memorial for people close to me who have died. The "2004" is for my best friend's mom (also my mom's best friend) and the other three will be for my grandparents and a friend who died when I was 16. When I initially got the tattoo, the rose was for my grandma, the "2004" for my best friend's mom and the "Wish You Were Here" for my then husband who was in Iraq at the time. I only recently decided that dates will eventually cover my forearm.
