He exists in his own world. It seems like he genuinely believes he should be able to do whatever he wants, much like a dictator. Fortunately, as bad as the country has gotten, we're still not so far gone as to allow this.

They say you shouldn't attempt to determine the state of someone's mental health unless you're a licensed professional. Then again, if I see a man running five degrees of fever and vomiting black bile, I don't need to be a physicial to know that he's ill.
