Anywho... I lived in the city of San Diego for a bit, also Escondido, Indio, Coachella, worked in Palm Desert... California is my homie. Was there this weekend, actually. Now I'm in Arizona. Sad
Been here for like a decade. I drive to Cali every chance I get, which is like every two weeks. Sigh. California is everything.

Palm Desert... palm desert... rings a bell...

Ah!

At first I thought is was going to be too loud and obnoxious  for my sensitive heart, but Damn good shit.
Palm Desert is so nice. I plan on taking a solo vacation there when I turn 40 next year. Im an introvert and I crave alone time.

I'm on you're side....

Thank you ignoramus
My typing and grammar are so bad. I should take a typing class but its not a priority right now. In my free time I'm playing my guitar and trying to figure out this digital music production called LogicProX. Im daft with computers so youtube tutorials are helping.

Good band.

I think Space Cadet may be my favorite song by them.

Speak for yourself - I like a nice visible scar. It means I'm in a situation where I'm able to exhibit it, which are the most fun ones as I remember.

Welcome aboard, new blood! How do I turn this intro to my advantage?

Scars are pretty beautiful. I like some of the old Twilight Zones that bring to light True beauty. "Eye of the beholder" is one of my favorites. Plus the scary pig face speaker at the end resembles 45 so well.
I was a born-again christian for many years then I got woke.. and now life is better in so many ways. It's taking me time to see my value and find my voice, but the reward is liberating knowing my path is not dictated or controlled by fear of death and the unknown.  Casting off the shackles of religion is pretty fucking awesome. The beautiful people I've met on this forum have more heart and compassion than any group of people I've been apart of. So back off Jesus and followers, because this bitch is done with Chu.  Shy

Question:
How and when can I start a new topic thread? What if I have a link to youtube? Do you have rules about this?

30 posts, 30 days, no links. Isn't that still the rule? It's written in there somewhere.

You can start a new thread/topic right away. Our rule is that new members must accrue both 30 days of membership and 30 posts before posting links or videos.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Welcome! I'm in the 805 area code. For the uninformed, that means I live somewhere between Newbury Park and Monterey. That narrows it down nicely. Angel
