Not Mariosep. Mariosep's writing style seems to be compulsive. He can't resist going 'dear reader' on the presumptuousness.
OP does have a distinctive style of going straight for the ad hominem and qualification skepticism. Reminds me of Mano. Remember how he couldn't believe Alex K is really a physicist?
