Who is this Jesus guy anyway, The letter J is soooo now. I prefer to come more than twice, and he hasn't even done that. But I am enthusiastic and optimistic.. Guess we can let Christians be that too, they seem to be patient muthaluvas.

He's Iesou to the Greeks and Y'shua to the Jews and Iesu to the Romans and Gesu to the modern Italians and Issa to the Arabs.  Fucker gets around!  And no matter how you say it it just means "bullshit."

Kind of like a less useful Paul Erdős...
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

How is a modern man about town expected to keep up? This shill doesn't even do social media? Although I could admit to a grudging respect for that if I thought one iota was believable.

Silence is golden, golden......

Yeah the guy who invented infinite punishment for finite crimes...

What isn't there to love? Dodgy

Oh, then there is this great piece of advice from the Sermon on the Mount:

http://wiki.ironchariots.org/index.php?t..._not_worry

And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seekSmile for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

What he is saying here is, "Don't worry about tomorrow. Don't save money, don't store food for the winter, don't plan for retirement... live for today and trust that God will make everything work out. This is some of the worst advice in the entire sermon, and it seems that most everyone recognizes it, even if they pay lip service to it. In much the way that Christians typically ignore Jesus' instructions to sell their belongings and give them to the poor, we all ignore this inane instruction to live without concern for tomorrow (Matt Dillahunty)."

Good thing it's all myth and legend.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

Is it possible he's been defrauding credit card companies by assuming multiple identities?
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?

He votes a few million times every election, so I wouldn't put it passed him.

No, no, he's just an extra vice-candidate for whichever one is being voted for. Still cheating.

I personally don't think you're any more nuts for liking Jesus then you are for liking any other character from a book. Some people will like what you like, and others won't. Do what you want to Smile
Being careful is for people who can't handle surprises.
