 That's the best way to quit, I think it shows how determined one is to quit. I quit 20 years ago after smoking for more years than that. Keep up the good work, if an urge ever hits you go find something to do and before you know it the urge is gone.

Just found out today someone I know is taking nicorrete for a chewing tobacco addiction.

LOL, which is grosser? I've heard people taking the gum say it tastes like shit.

I couldn't say what shit tastes like, but I can tell you the gum tastes like a cross between cardboard and an old boot.

I'd rather quit cold turkey (which I did).
