Jet again forced to believe

RE: Jet again forced to believe
1- He specifically said: "I have come to cast fire upon the Earth; and how I wish it were already kindled! But I have a baptism to undergo, and how distressed I am until it is accomplished! Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? I tell you, no, but rather division; for from now on five members in one household will be divided, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.". How does that in any way mean that he will protect anyone?
2- Like stated earlier, jews were Canaanites. Not to mention that hating on people for having different nationalities is discrimination. And Jesus helped her only after she and the disciples insisted. Was he trying to test them? For what? To see if they would follow him no matter how rude he acts?

Listen, I get how you feel, I used to think of explanations myself for stories about Jesus. I eventually gave up, because these stories seemed more and more unrealistic to me and I heard arguments from atheists. You have the right to choose what you want to believe, but that doesn't mean that your opinion will be true. I'm not saying that I'm 100% sure that atheism is  true, in fact I'm also an agnostic. I don't know if there's no God, but I doubt his existence because the lack of evidence.
Look, whatever you choose, don't be scared. There are christians who are smart and nice people, there are good people of all religions, there are bad atheists. Atheism and Theism aren't the only beliefs, there are also Deism, Ignosticism, Apatheism and more.
Believe what you want to believe as long as you don't force others and never forget to enjoy life. Smile

Thank you.

Jesus was man most of all; just like all of us.

But spirits are locked from our world; obsession about it -especially if it's holywood style- is just quite insane. And points to psychological complexes the believer has (like not being able to get over a loved one?) not being able to erase the shock.

And a faith tailored to make people sleep at night is indeed an answer some people seek.

Spirits are locked from my world and sanity is locked from yours.

Whenever the bible and Islamic Hadith books are involved; I question the told stories very much.
It's all a matter of narrations. And I don't trust people most of all; so the books get questioned too.

We're pretty good long as we don't force our believes on anyone.
