(7.34767309 × 10^22) * (0.0001) = 7,347,673,090,000,000,000 Newtons, or 7,347,673,090,000,000,000 Joules/meter.
The largest hydrogen bomb (the Tsar bomb) yielded 209,200,000,000,000,000 Joules of energy, or about 2% of the energy that it would take to accelerate the Moon through 1 meter. Of course, all of that energy would need to be concentrated at a particular point on the Moon's surface and would all need to be converted into the Moon's kinetic energy.

P.S. It may be better to go West:

Morning fog. It seems to be clearing though. It's clear no far from here - but that is in the north edge of totality or outside the umbra altogether.
Traffic good in the St. Louis area. Shaw Nature Reserve is a good target.
We're moving east, it's clear 22 miles from here.
Haha, it's almost completely clear two miles north from my Dad's place. We're still going to make first landfall.
We have it live on comfy dinner time TV
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
