Hmmm well I'm not going with people cause unless my husband is hurt he can walk himself out. Luckily I have a fireproof safe with all my important documents and my back up hard drive that has ALL my pictures on it so that stuff is safe and not worth grabbing. My purse is usually left in my truck so that's safe. Zero would come running with me if I let him so he doesn't count but I would grab his harness and leash since it's next to the front door and it would make holding onto him easier. My phone would be number two and the last thing is actually two things but they are sitting right next to each other and small. I would grab my early edition copies of For Whom The Bell Tolls and Gone With The Wind.

Everything else isn't worth a life even if it can't be replaced. Hell the books and phone aren't worth a life but really my phone is never out of arms reach from me and my apartment is so little I can make it to the bookshelf from any place in 5 seconds.

Also if your signature makes my scrolling mess up "you're tacky and I hate you."

Except for his funeral program and 2 photographs, I have nothing tangible from Brian. And my memories are sufficient.

I have absolutely nothing tangible from John. Dewey, well, I'd really be upset about losing pictures of him, but since I don't keep them out, it would be tough to snag them in an instantaneous emergency situation.

There are some pictures of Chris tucked away some where. I can't bear to look at them, I guess if they were burned up . . . .

purse, hearing equipment and some underwear. Climbing out of the window wearing nothing but a t shirt might distract the fireman from their work and I don't want to do that.

In fact, maybe I should keep a pair next to the hearing equipment in case I can't get to my bureau.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Rhonda. I'm assuming that you don't normally wear undies at home all the time?
