It’s termed meta-hypocrisy. People will point out the flaws of others in an effort to hide or mask the same flaws, feelings, and or actions that they see in themselves. As a result, they are often nearly incapable of explaining the facts behind their feelings because the basis of their statements/feelings is merely a perception to assist in their own personal comfort. It’s also a sign of personal insecurities and the actions are used either consciously or subconsciously as a coping mechanism.
It's a psychological issue.

2.Brian is right on the averages . It's race card it's an economic fact that minorities are still as a group . Pointing to rich black people as a sign we have achieved racial equality is just as dumb as pointing to free blacks during the age of slavery. And while it's true there are poor white people (the identity politics Trump latched on too ) social mobility for white is far higher on average then blacks.

He didn't say, "The only way blacks can prove they are liberal is to stay poor" I DID, because that is what GOP supporters have drilled in their heads. They think blacks have some loyalty oath to poverty and or the whites liberals secretly want them to stay poor. 

Neither white liberals or black liberals have a class oath. We don't begrudge anyone from moving up. What we don't like is lack of livable wages for urban, suburban and rural workers.

Of course, remember overhead, the cost of keeping the factory itself, would have to be involved in the cost. Granted, I can't be sure it would add up to 50 cents per cap, and without access to one of the financial statements for the sweatshops involved, I  wouldn't know, but still, there's more to manufacturing cost than labor and parts.

Given the state of the buildings Bangladeshis and Chinese are cooped up in (tiny, cramped, ancient and run down), I'm guessing facilities is going to be somewhere in the pennies per cap. And the equipment'll cost not much more, ancient machines held together by spit, twine and children.

I figured it would not be likely that even with the overhead counted, everything still would be over than $1 per cap. Just saying, as someone who's currently taking an accounting course (and, indeed, made that post while waiting for class to begin), I could not ignore the problem of overhead (which is usually pretty low compared to labor and materials anyway).

Simply stating what the studies indicate. I don't perform the studies or determine the findings, I just study them.
