Not sure how it's a bald assertion to think more than a few Americans would think like that. Honestly I don't see NK as a threat. On the off chance they got a working nuke ready, and actually hit California or Alaska with it, they have nothing to follow it up with.
America will go to war with any country if they have valuable resources that they're not sharing with us. NK has mineral wealth. Venezuela has more/bigger oil deposits than Saudi Arabia, which is why Trump is talking about military intervention right now. I don't hate America, and I've never hated America.
I hate the cretins who run it and some of the cretins within it. Hating geography seems kinda pointless. That is all. 
What makes the guy who commented that shit think that that is what will happen? Look what we did after we took down Saddam after 9/11. We didn't hang on to Iraq after we gained control of that country. We didn't change the name of it. None of anything that the commenter assumes will happen with NK, happened with Iraq. He's just another idiot who we have to share the same air space with.
