My completely ex culo guess is that forums in general have higher return rates than the average site, but yeah, 66% is really, really good.

It's probably reasonable to say that there is always at least one user browsing the site at all times.


So, what you're saying is...

 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
