I think all the airlines have to start taking responsibility for planning for the transport of their personnel and not just rely on kicking people out of the seats they've paid for based on some microscopic contract detail that is never mentioned. Seriously they need to be sued big time for this. At the very least they should be required to tell each and every customer that they reserve the right to take the seat back for their own use for any reason that suits them. The problem with johan's world is that he confuses what's legal with what's right.
