2. It's no need of an example of "proof" because this is a hypothetycal situation.

Once it is seen for the fantasy delusion that it is, why can't it be rejected and a new better way put in it's place?

Yeah I don't know for sure what will happen, there are multiple posibilitys. But I wouldn't play with the chances . The world should and will evolve gradualy, not because we want it too. We can just do our best to help it. 
And btw , i don't see why you tryed to dismiss 1 and 2 ,it was pointless , and not in the subject of the discusion.

Well, according to some patheos statistics, the countries with the least religion tend to be the least violent, happiest, wealthiest countries.

Also, science would reasonably advance at a better pace.
